ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ПРОЄКТУВАННЯ ОСВІТНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ГІМНАЗІЇ

Анотація

Стаття висвітлює питання реалізації завдань реформування та модернізації, які стоять перед сучасною гімназією, що асоційована з закладом освіти ІІ ступеня. Системне рішення цих завдань вирішується засобами спеціально створеного освітнього середовища. Метою статті є обґрунтувати та висвітлити педагогічні умови процесу проєктування освітнього середовища гімназії як закладу освіти ІІ ступеня з урахуванням пріоритетних напрямів його реформування та модернізації. Основними методами дослідження, які застосовані в даній статті є: аналіз, синтез та узагальнення теоретико-методологічних основ процесу проєктування освітнього середовища гімназії зокрема визначення педагогічних умов реалізації цього процесу з урахуванням пріоритетних напрямів його реформування та модернізації. Системній реалізації багатовекторних завдань, які стоять перед сучасною гімназією в рамках реформи сприяє створення освітнього середовища. Ефективність реалізації даних завдань залежить значною мірою від раціонально визначених педагогічних умов проєктування сучасного освітнього середовища з урахуванням вимог сьогодення.

The article covers the implementation of the tasks of reform and modernization facing the modern gymnasium, which is associated with the educational institution of the second degree. The systematic solution of these problems is solved by means of a specially created educational environment. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and highlight the pedagogical conditions of the process of designing the educational environment of the gymnasium as an educational institution of the second degree, taking into account the priority areas of its reform and modernization. The main research methods used in this article are: analysis, synthesis and generalization of theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of designing the educational environment of the gymnasium, in particular determining the pedagogical conditions for this process, taking into account priority areas of reform and modernization. The systematic implementation of the multi-vector tasks facing the modern gymnasium as part of the reform is facilitated by the creation of an educational environment. The effectiveness of these tasks depends largely on rationally defined pedagogical conditions for designing a modern educational environment, taking into account the requirements of today: a) determining ways to implement the requirements for its accessibility, b) the need to develop an educational program to implement the specifics of the institution take a definite position in the market of educational services, achieve a given level of competitiveness, improve the quality of educational services, expand the range of specialties, develop a niche in the market of educational services and improve the attractiveness of the image of the institution, c) ideas of individualization and differentiation of students. based on modern pedagogical technologies with different types of pedagogical interaction, especially in terms of distance and blended learning.
