КОНСТРУКТИВІЗМ ЯК ФІЛОСОФСЬКО-ЕПІСТЕМОЛОГІЧНЕ ПІДГРУНТЯ ПІДГОТОВКИ ВЧИТЕЛІВ У США

Анотація

Анотація. Провідним концептуальним підходом підготовки вчителів у світовій освітній спільноті й у США є теорія конструктивізму, положення якої недостатньо представлені у працях вітчизняних науковців. Метою статті є вивчення теорії конструктивізму як філософсько-епістемологічного підходу у фахової підготовки вчителів у США, із застосуванням методів аналізу, синтезу та інтерпретації, а також методу узагальнення прогресивного досвіду світового значення. Філософсько-епістемологічний фундамент американської системи підготовки педагогів становить філософія соціального конструктивізму та інтерпретивізму, ключовими категоріями якої є особистість педагога та соціокультурний контекст, в умовах якого відбувається його професійне становлення й розвиток. Виявлено різнорідні напрями у трактуванні теорії конструктивізму, а також підходів до впровадження її положень у навчальний процес. Побудова навчально-виховного процесу у вишах США на засадах конструктивізму передбачає переосмислення авторитарних моделей підготовки вчителів, зосереджених на прямому транслюванні знань. З позицій конструктивізму студент виступає в ролі суб’єкту пізнання та саморозвитку, беручи активну участь та відповідальність за особисте й професійне становлення в умовах спільноти. Властивими рисами програм підготовки вчителів на засадах конструктивізму є розвиток рефлексивного мислення, студентоцентризм, колаборативне навчання, спрямованість на постановку й пошук способів розв’язання навчально-професійних задач, екстенсивна практика у викладанні, залучення студентів до експериментального дослідження та деякі інші.
